During my stay, I appreciated the warm hospitality of the owner, who went out of her way to recommend local spots to visit. The breakfast was a standout featuring fresh pastries, yogurt, and a variety of local delights. The room I had was comfortable and provided individual climate control, making for a pleasant night. Its proximity to the St Jean Gare made it super convenient for exploring Bordeaux's attractions.

The breakfast offered a delightful variety, especially the fresh pastries. However, our room faced a noisy road at night.

Enjoyed my stay at La Halte Montaigne. The breakfast spread was phenomenal, featuring fresh pastries, local cheeses, and fruits. Isabelle's hospitality made us feel at home. she provided useful tips for exploring Bordeaux. The rooms had a charming decor and were very clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere. The peaceful courtyard was perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. However, be mindful of possible noise from the street during the morning rush hour. The walk to the city center took about 30 minutes, which might not work for everyone. Some areas of the bathroom layout felt awkward, especially the partition between the toilet and shower. Nevertheless, the garden area really adds to the charm of the place, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather.
